We strive to make shipping costs as close to actual shipping charges as possible – we are not looking to profit from our shipping rates, but are only looking to cover some of our costs.

We can ship to your home or office, or directly to a hotel, resort, or rental house you may be staying at.  Be sure to have the correct address format.  Shipping rates are for Continental United States shipping only - if you need international or AK/HI shipping please contact us for a quote.

Shipping charges:

-  There is a variable per item shipping rate - the amount varies per item depending on weight, etc.

- Standard shipping is UPS or USPS Priority.  Count on at least 3 days from the time you order for the package to arrive from zip code 10930

- There is also an optional Expedited shipping charge option, for when you need the items in a day or 2.

- If you are unsure which to choose for a last minute order, give us a call.

All shipping includes 2 way shipping – delivery to you and a prepaid return method back to us

Delivery

Your rental items will arrive on the day that you selected as the start date (or possibly before).  It will arrive either via the USPS or by UPS.  Please select a delivery date that is before you leave for your trip, and can account for any USPS or UPS shipping/weather delays.

 

Return

Depending on your location and the size of the order the return shipping method will differ

-   For rental orders of a single beacon we will most likely include a prepaid padded USPS envelope.  Simply place the item in the envelope and drop at any USPS Post Office or give to your mailman

- For larger orders we will include a preprinted UPS return label in your rental box - simply stick on the same box and drop at any UPS Store, drop box, or associated retailer – locations can be found at www.ups.com.

- Please ship the items back on the day you selected as your end date.  Significant delays in return shipping could result in extra charges.

Overnight/Special Requests

During check out you can choose your shipping option.  USPS priority shipping from zip code 10930 generally arrives in 3 days (count a day for order processing) so if you are reserving for a date that is 4 or 5 days out priority should be fine - however we cannot guarantee USPS shipping times.

For short notice orders there is an expedited option which we ship express/overnight to guarantee your rental arrives ASAP.  If in doubt - PLEASE CALL.
